'cuse me Miss Jones

20 things I LOVE about my students...

1. Being greeted at 6:45am every morning with 'Good Morning Miss Jones'
2. When they are about to do something wrong they look at me with one eye to make sure I'm watching
3. Our Friday dance
4. When they burp in class and immediately say 'cuse me Miss Jones
5. When they sign 'I'm Sorry' when they know they've done something wrong
6. My conversations with Jaime when I can't understand him, but we carry on a full conversation
7. How they laugh one second and then cry one second
8. When Larsen paints me pictures
9. Our Friday dance parties (yes thats different than our Friday dance during calendar!)
10. When Larsen does sit ups and push ups in the middle of our dance parties (anytime is good time for exercise I guess!)
11. When I come back from being gone and they all give me hugs!
12. How I can be so frustrated one second and so happy the next when I'm around them
13. When we do read aloud and they volunteer
14. When Kenny does the Soulda Boy dance
15. How much they want to help each other
16. When they speak their mind with no censor
17. When I see light bulb moments!
18. Watching Kenny play basketball
19. How sweet Casey is!!

They really are so fun and I am so blessed to be around them everyday!
